I work with a group of investors who use conservative analysis methods to acquire superior returns on multifamily income properties. We are always looking for capital & equity partners who share our goals. How are your investments doing?



I enjoy both pursuits immensely. Universally, I have found that if I respect every person I encounter, crew member, passenger, investor, home buyer alike and their respective background/skill set, not only am I able to meet their needs more efficiently but I have more personal success in general.



I love people generally. Everyone is so interesting. We all come from different upbringing and professional experiences.



So many experiences seem unrelated to the current task at hand, but typically, those diverse experiences ENHANCE our ability to resolve the challenge before us.
